Hyro Ambassador Program – Terms & Conditions

By applying to or participating in the Hyro Ambassador Program (“Program”), you (“Ambassador”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hyro (“Hyro”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not apply for or participate in the Program.

1. Ambassador Appointment

1.1 HYRO appoints you as a non-exclusive, independent ambassador to promote HYRO products and brand values in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

2. Program Participation & Conduct

2.1 You agree to promote HYRO in an honest, authentic, lawful, and ethical manner, consistent with HYRO’s brand guidelines and values.

2.2 You must not engage in any conduct that may reasonably bring HYRO, its products, or its partners into disrepute.

2.3 HYRO reserves the right to remove any ambassador from the Program at its sole discretion.

3. Competitor Exclusivity (Category Restriction)

3.1 While you are an active HYRO Ambassador, you agree that you will not promote, advertise, endorse, or create content for competing hydration or electrolyte brands, including but not limited to:

  • electrolyte powders or tablets

  • sports hydration drinks

  • hydration supplements with similar functional claims

3.2 This restriction applies to organic content, paid partnerships, gifted collaborations, affiliate promotions, and sponsored posts.

3.3 Promotion of unrelated wellness, food, fitness, or lifestyle brands is permitted.

3.4 HYRO understands that ambassadors may have pre-existing agreements. Any conflicts must be disclosed prior to approval.

3.5 Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of any pending rewards or commissions.

4. Content Creation & Usage Rights

4.1 You retain ownership of your original content.

4.2 By participating in the Program, you grant HYRO a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from any content you create that features HYRO, including but not limited to:

  • images

  • videos

  • reels

  • stories

  • captions

  • testimonials

4.3 This licence includes use across organic, paid, whitelisted, digital, social, website, email, advertising, retail, and promotional channels, now and in the future.

4.4 You consent to HYRO using your name, handle, likeness, voice, and image in connection with such content.

4.5 You waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive additional compensation for HYRO’s use of the content beyond what is expressly agreed.

5. Paid Media & Whitelisting

5.1 You expressly authorise HYRO to use your content and/or social accounts for paid advertising, boosting, and whitelisting purposes, including Spark Ads, Meta Ads, and similar formats.

5.2 HYRO will not materially misrepresent your views or use content in a misleading way.

6. Compensation & Rewards

6.1 Ambassador rewards, commissions, discounts, and gifting are determined by HYRO and may be updated at any time.

6.2 Eligibility for rewards may depend on tracked referrals, content activity, or other criteria as outlined in Program communications.

6.3 Self-referrals or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and may result in removal.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 You may receive confidential information relating to HYRO products, campaigns, strategy, or partnerships.

7.2 You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it without prior written consent.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice.

8.2 HYRO may immediately terminate participation if you breach these Terms or act in a way that may harm the HYRO brand.

8.3 Upon termination, you must cease representing yourself as a HYRO Ambassador.

9. Liability & Indemnity

9.1 You participate in the Program at your own risk.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9.3 You agree to indemnify HYRO against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

10. Amendments

10.1 HYRO may update these Terms from time to time.

10.2 Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By submitting an application or participating in the HYRO Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
